Travel Award Rules & Agreement

  1. All trips are offered to the registered owner(s) or recipient and one guest during the program offering period by the Sponsoring Partner.
  2. Trips are NON TRANSFERABLE and no alternative will be offered if registered owners/recipients cannot attend or if they fail to register 30 days prior to the departure date.Any alternative airport requests are subject to airfare surcharges.
  3. This is a combination offer that is not negotiable and not available for exclusion. Price paid for and goods or services will not affect the trip award.
  4. Trip winners will be responsible for travel to and from the pre-determined departure airport offered by your Sponsoring Partner.
  5. Trip winners must be 18 years or older, have valid ID for travel and provide a major credit card to set up a personal account at the hotel for incidental charges.Additional guests or children can be added for a supplemental fee.
  6. Any cancelation or changes made after the deadline will result in a minimum of a change fee to possible trip forfeiture.
  7. By accepting this trip and travel award, winners accept responsibility for all risks associated with travel, activities and participating in any related events.Winners hold harmless and release Winter Beach Party LLC and their officers and employees for any responsibility or liability for any risk, loss or damage that may occur during or as a result of the winner choosing to accept and participate in this travel award. Winner and Guest must execute a release & waiver before commencing on the trip, releasing Winter Beach Party LLC and its owners, employees, trip personnel, representatives, agents, directors, officers, successors and/or assigns from any and all claims for liability including but not limited to such liability arising from any acts or omissions resulting in injury or illness to body or property of trip participants while trip participants are participating in the trip including while in transit to and from city of trip event.
  8. Non-compliance with rules by winner(s) may result in forfeiture of prize. Winter Beach Party LLC remains the final decision maker in all matters relating to the Winter Beach Party travel award.
  9. All potential hazards, travel delays or related expenses remain the responsibility of the winner and guest.
  10. A hospitality desk will be set up at the hotel to accommodate arrival reception as well as to assist with arranging excursions or sightseeing at reduced rates for our group at the winners expense.
  11. Any disputes regarding this travel award shall be resolved through direct communication to Winter Beach Party. Contact information is 480-744-3540 for phone, text or fax. E-mail concerns to admin@winterbeachparty.com.
  12. Trip winners are responsible for booking their own travel between the airport and hotel. Winners can book transit to and from the airport at Speedishuttle.com.
  13. All Federal, State and other local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sales tax on the airfares have been paid by Winter Beach Party LLC from your Sponsoring Company.
  14. Participating in this contest constitutes permission to use the winners name, voice, and likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation to winner.
  15. The Sponsoring Company travel award is not open to employees of the Sponsoring Company, their representatives, their subsidiaries, or their immediate households.The travel award is non transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  16. All food and beverage is the winners responsibility, except the evening of the Beach Party.
  17. Your checked bags and related fees are at the winners expense. You may carry on one carry-on sized bag and one personal item at no charge.
  18. Gratuities are at the discretion of the winner. A minimum Group gratuity has been paid to the porters at the hotel.
  19. All prices, fees and charges associated with this site and travel awards are in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars.
